Bus bars

Efficient and effective power distribution with our electrical bus bars form copper and aluminium

What are bus bars? Bus bars are current conductors which ensure effective and efficient distribution of power. Bus bars are widely used in power engineering for the construction of electric power cabinets and switchgear units.

We manufacture them from aluminium and copper stock, and in various sizes. While the bus bars are solid pieces, we can form them liberally (by bending, twisting, or fabricating holes).

Our manufacturing facilities enable us to produce parts of any size – from the smallest ones, measuring a few millimeters, to the largest over 3000 mm long. The state-of-the-art CNC punching machine provides fast, highly accurate punching of copper bars and other flat bar products that can be used to manufacture one-off pieces to large runs.

Bus bar systems are used for the distribution of electrical power in machinery, controls and switchgear. They greatly outperform traditional cables or wire conductors, especially at high current loads. Our core business is the production of bus bars of various shapes and sizes, according to custom requests and specifications. We also manufacture insulating brackets to ensure efficient busbar performance.

Our range of bus bars includes:

  • neutral bus bars,
  • earth bus bars,
  • laminated bus bars,
  • battery busbar,
  • power bus bars,
  • ground bus bars,
  • panel bus bars,
  • aluminium bus bars,
  • bus bar connectors,
  • special laminated bus bars for EV capacitors.
  • Material processing technologies for bus bar production,
  • copper bus bars,
  • battery bus bars.

Bus bar materials - copper and aluminium

Bus bars are made from various grades of copper and aluminium, and can also be made from Cupal or Flexy on request.

Our warehouse is stocked with different sizes of these materials – from the smallest items (e.g. 3 x 10 mm) to the largest (e.g. 10 x 250 mm).

Material processing technologies that we use in our production of electric busbars:

Our processing of copper and aluminium materials is operated by our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, which ensure high productivity, processing precision and extremely short lead times - even for complex orders. The latest and innovative solutions, which are developed in collaboration with research units, greatly minimises our production waste.
